Refund policy

99% of our parts are tested and verified to be in working condition, but there are some parts that can't be tested. If the part you received indeed does not work as designed please reach out to us via email and we'll help resolve this in a timely manner!

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 Days of delivery.
  
• Buyer must pay return shipping to our shop address.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless item was damaged or not as described.
• Parts are marked to ensure they are not tampered with and to ensure all parts/accessories are present. If parts are tampered with, we will void your return claim and you will NOT get a refund.

Item Arrived Damaged:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damaged part via email at amjautosupply@gmail.com. We will respond to you within 48 hours to help resolve this as soon as possible
