Shipping policy

Standard Shipping:

 

• Orders ship out within 1-2 business day from payment for all non freight shipments
• We ship either UPS or USPS Ground Advantage with standard shipping times.
• Need it faster? Call or email us and we can get an estimate for expedited delivery 

Freight Shipping:

• Orders will usually be shipped out in 3 business days.
• Freight shipping prices vary based on delivery location. Commercial address is usually cheaper than residential. If you chose commercial address at checkout and the delivery is going to a residential, we will cancel the order.

 Damaged Shipments:

• We WILL assist in the claim process in every way possible, including filing the claim with the carrier on the customer's behalf. Damage must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Items reported after the two day mark will NOT be eligible for a claim.
• We WILL NOT issue any refunds until a claim has been approved by the carrier. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country's time requirement that has been set forth.
• If a package arrives damaged you MUST contact us immediately with the following information:
  • Order number/Tracking number
  • Pictures of the packaging including packaging material, damage to the box
    
  • Pictures of the item showing any and all areas of damage
  • Picture of the shipping label on the box
