Shipping policy

Standard Shipping:

  • We ship either UPS or USPS Ground Advantage with standard shipping times.
  • Most items are free shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout (aka heavy/bulky items)
  • Need FASTER shipping? Please give us a call or email and we can put an estimate together. 

Freight Shipping:

  • Our larger parts are shipped via LTL freight to the address on file with the customer's order.
    • Engines, transmissions, seats, bumpers, doors, hatches/trunk lids
  • Freight shipping prices shown are for delivery to a residential address with lift gate service.
  • If the item is going to a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS please reach out to us and we can adjust the pricing accordingly as it goes down in price most of the time
  • Tracking info will be provided for these shipments, but updates are slow or often not available at all. Customer should be prepared to be proactive in contacting the freight company for information related to their package once it has been shipped.

Damaged Shipments:

  • We WILL assist in the claim process in every way possible, including filing the claim with the carrier on the customer's behalf. Damage must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Items reported after the two day mark will NOT be eligible for a claim.
  • We WILL NOT issue any refunds until a claim has been approved by the carrier. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country's time requirement that has been set forth.
  • If a package arrives damaged you MUST contact us immediately with the following information:
    • Order number/Tracking number
    • Pictures of the packaging including packaging material, damage to the box
    • Pictures of the item showing any and all areas of damage
    • Picture of the shipping label on the box
